Looking for a meal that is quick and tasty? Here's what cooking at Corner Bakery if you haven't been in lately. They have you covered, morning, noon and night with these fresh options that won't leave you broke.
Anaheim Scrambler – For breakfast, this dish is made with freshly scrambled eggs with applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, green onions and cheddar cheese, topped with avocado. I'm not a fan of yoke so I got the egg whites only. Scramblers are made-to-order and served with harvest toast and choice of oven-roasted potatoes or fresh seasonal fruit.
Above is the Anaheim Panini, basically the Scramble above but made into a sandwich. Freshly scrambled eggs, applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, green onions, avocado and cheddar cheese on grilled sourdough. Gluten-friendly bread available for an additional charge.
Lunch and dinner options are a tough call with so many plates to choose from. On the lighter side I would suggest a salad. I on the other hand went with one of their pasta dishes.

Pesto Cavatappi - All-natural grilled chicken and cavatappi pasta tossed in our rich pesto cream sauce and sprinkled with toasted bread crumbs. This definitely filled my pasta craving!
Chopped Salad – This salad features all-natural chicken, applewood smoked bacon, avocado, bleu cheese, tomatoes and green onions tossed with iceberg and romaine lettuce and our sweet and spicy house vinaigrette.
Caramel Latte with their Twisted Lemon Hand Pie.
Oh and don't forget to save room for dessert! Coffee paired with the perfect pastry is a great way to end a meal. After all it is a bakery right?
