Show Dogs Unleashing in Theaters May 18
Unleashed and Undercover May 18, 2018
We attended a screening and Press Conference with some of the stars from the Show Dogs Movie coming to theaters May 18th. Opinions are my own.
Think crime fighting has gone to the dogs, well you’re right! Show Dogs stars the furriest and funniest heros the entire family will love. It's always a treat to meet the talent and get their first hand narrative of their involvement on a given project. Being able to ask questions and get on the spot responses can always leave an opening for truly funny interactions that make you feel all the more connected to a film and it's stars. This was the case at this particular Press Q and A. Being a family orientated movie, children who accompanied press were given the chance to ask questions of the panel. And we all know kids can say the darnest thing!
Storyline: After a failed attempt to recover a stolen baby panda, police dog Max reluctantly teams up with a human FBI agent named Frank played by Will Arnett. A hot tip leads Max (voiced by Ludacris) and Frank to Las Vegas for the world's most exclusive dog show. To find the panda, Max goes under cover as a contestant to get the lowdown from his fellow canines. With help from their new friends, the crime-fighting duo must now foil another kidnapping plot and rescue other valuable animals from a gang of greedy smugglers.
The all star cast is supported by some pretty adorable canines (and a few other members of the animal kingdom). Show Dogs is the perfect to see with the entire family, is rated PG it has a run time of 92 minuets. All star cast includes: Will Arnett as Frank, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges as Max, Natasha Lyonne as Mattie, Jordin Sparks, Gabriel Iglesias as Sprinkles, Shaquille O'Neal as karma, Alan Cumming, and Stanley Tucci as Phillipe.
During the screening there were lots of "aw's and oh how cute" comments. If you fall in love with one of the stars of the Show Dogs movie remember, check your local shelter out first if you are in the position to responsibly add a new pet to your family. It's a long commitment that should be taken seriously. #AdoptDontShop
