Descanso Gardens presents Enchanted: Forest of Light
Bring the family and enjoy the magic of season with an interactive light experience unlike anything else in Los Angeles. Enchanted leads you on a one-mile walk through 10 distinct lighting displays in some of the most beloved areas of the Gardens that is sure to become a family favorite.
- Forest of Light runs daily from 5 to 10 p.m. starting Friday, November 25, 2016, and ending Sunday, January 8, 2017. The event is closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
- Tickets are $28 (general); $24 (seniors 65 and older and children 3 to 17); children 2 and younger enter free.
- Tickets are available for Descanso members on August 1. Tickets go on sale to the general public on September 1.
- Tickets are timed to a specific entry time, and must be purchased in advance. Tickets will be available online and at the Descanso Gardens Visitor Center. The Visitor Center is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The event route is about 1 mile long and is accessible for strollers, wheelchairs and mobility assistance devices.
Evenings in La Cañada Flintridge can be chilly: visitors are encouraged to wear walking shoes and to bring a jacket.
