So what does the Santa Cares event offer? Taking into consideration the needs of some individuals, this special opportunity creates a calmer atmosphere to meet Santa! In addition to reserving a time as to not overwhelm guests, the music will be turned down and the lights will be dimmed creating a calmer space.

This special opportunity will be offered December 4 and 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to make the visit with Santa more manageable for children with various disabilities. Citadel Outlets will be using a reservation system for the event and will provide a quiet waiting area for families who prefer not to wait in line to meet Santa. Photo opportunities will be available with him in his sleigh and his house has been flown in from the North Pole creating the perfect set up for seasonal selfie.

California’s Tallest Fresh Cut Christmas Tree, presented by COACH, is a majestic 115-foot white fir from Mt. Shasta that is fully decorated with more than 18,000 multicolored lights and adorned with 10,000 bows and ornaments. The tree is 25 feet taller than the Santa Monica Pier Ferris Wheel and 40 feet taller than Rockefeller’s Christmas Tree. Selected from a timber farm owned by Victor Serrao, who runs family-owned and San Juan Capistrano-based Victor’s Christmas Trees, the massive Christmas tree will be proudly on display in Citadel Outlet’s Center Court through the end of the year.
