Holidays In Your Car at the Del Mar Fairgrounds and the Ventura County Fairgrounds Starting November 22, 2020.

Holidays In Your Car is a unique drive-thru holiday lights spectacular coming to the Del Mar Fairgrounds starting December 5, 2020 and will also be at the Ventura County Fairgrounds and Event Center starting November 22, 2020. This brand new Drive Thru experience will feature over one million lights, holograms, and projections providing a family friendly holiday experience.

Buckle up from the safety of your own vehicle. With headlights turned off you will drive through an enchanting mile-and-a-half display of over one million dazzling LED lights, accompanied by uplifting holiday music. Awe-inspiring holograms and impressive multi-colored projections casting festive images of the season onto sets some of which stand over 40 feet tall. The use of projection mapping, a technique that involves high-end projectors casting computer-generated images onto sets, arches, and surfaces will create an immersive experience the entire family will enjoy!

Advance sale tickets are priced at $49 for up to 4 passengers and $64 for 5 passengers or more. Each ticket is valid for ONE car and the number of passengers must not exceed the number of safety belts/seats in the vehicle. Tickets are only available online and in advance and are only valid for the DAY & TIME on top of the ticket and are nontransferable to another date. All guests must stay in the vehicle for the duration of the experience.

Now the only thing you have to do is decide on which location you will be visiting! Each location has it’s own show, tickets are limited. Both locations open daily except for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Hours vary from 5pm-10pm depending on date.
