This 4-day event showcases hundreds of vessels from entry-level family cruisers to million dollar yachts. See the latest in boating, outdoors, and marine accessories at this family friendly event. There will also be a high-energy kids’ zone for the young ones while the adults learn from industry experts, get on-the-water boating lessons and enjoy maritime. It's definitely fun for all-ages. 2016 Los Angeles Boat Show highlights:
Hundreds of boats for sale – At the in-water location in Marina del Rey, and showroom halls at the LA Convention Center, boats of all sizes and price ranges will be ready for attendees to board and buy - from yachts, extreme performance boats, small and large sport fishing vessels and cruisers to personal watercraft and pontoons - attendees will be introduced to all types of boats available on the market.
Boating Education – Offering educational seminars and in-water training, attendees can learn to drive a boat with daily power boating and sailing lessons at Discover Boating Hands On Skills Training at Marina del Rey. Boating seminars and in-water lessons are taught by USCG-certified captains, and for the DIY Boater, Fred’s Shed Interactive Learning Centerat the LA Convention Center features continuous seminars and interactive how-to classes on boat repair and more throughout the weekend.
SailFest at Marina del Rey – It’s a sailor’s delight with sailboats, gear and accessories to shop, plus sailing seminars, on-water lessons from top instructors, and a sailing simulator to get those feet wet before hitting the water.
*NEW* Marine Entertainment and Electronics Pavilion - Presented by Integrated Marine Services, it’s everything a boater needs to upgrade, enhance and stay connected on the water. Featuring demos on low-cost, high-speed internet, autopilots and radar, wireless remote control for yachts, underwater LED boat lights, stereo systems, boat speakers and more.
*NEW* Float-In Theater – Enjoy the boating lifestyle without even leaving the dock. Just like the drive-in theater you remember, only better! Grab a seat and enjoy the sights and sounds of the water and boating lifestyle – all while sitting at the helm.
