We had another full day of adventure, roaming the roads around the Ruta De Vino aka Valle De Guadalupe in Baja last weekend. We revisited a couple favorites as well as checked into a few new spots. With over 100 wineries now and counting it's hard to keep up, but are going to have a blast trying! Planning a visit this summer, here are a few of our recommendations.

It's been too long since we last visited the coastal area near Carmel by the Sea, 20 years to be exact. We were graciously invited for a weekend stay at Hofsas House and we couldn't have had a better time or weather during our trip. If you are not familiar with the area, Carmel By The Sea is approximately 325 miles north of Los Angeles off the 101.
During our recent visit to the Carmel/Monterey Bay area we planned a visit the aquarium since we had heard so many great things about it. It opened in 1984 and is quite an impressive building.
